Venice Beach

The Venice Beach Boardwalk is like another world.  I used to like to come here to soak in the sun, and if the sun was hiding behind the cloud cover (driving out from Pasadena you could never be sure), I would shop.  Mostly, I would shop whether the sun was out or not.  These days there’s probably nothing I need to go there to buy, but there are always interesting sights.  The people watching is out if this world, and if you wander just off the beaten path you can discover some awesome street art.
